Hot hot hot! Who else is experiencing extreme heat?

I know we're in full-blown summer so its kind of obvious, but who else is experiencing extreme heat in their state/country? This is more of a rant i guess, but its hot as ba*** and I'm tired of sweating like crazy. Stay hydrated everyone and give your best tips on how to keep cool this summer.

We have been lucky in our area. It is normal for our temps to be in the 90's, so we are prepared for heat. We have not had the extreme heat of some other parts of the country, but it's a long time before summer is over and we may still see 100+ days.
