The Storm They Have Been ForeCasting For Days Here For Tonight Has Been Downgraded From Severe Risk To Light Risk…

I just love the way the meteorologists get Oklahomans worked up nearly a week beforehand with their “the sky is falling” type of reports. I had to tell the boy 3 days in a row not to keep trying to alarm me with the weather forecasts and that I was keeping an eye on it. He hasn’t figured out that they love to hype it up.

And maybe this year my peonies will not have their blooms blown off by strong winds. They have just started blooming now.

A few weeks back a friend of mine told me it was going to snow. I checked with a different weather service, and they predicted sleet. And then it rained...🤣🤣🤣

@4meAndyou And all the weather men got pats on the back and big fat paychecks. 😡

The climate must have changed. 🤭

@Thinkerbell the cool front here preceded the day of the storm which helped a whole lot. I don’t think we had any rain at all last night, it was windy and that was all. Smells like rain but no evidence of it. Birds were singing before the sun came up this morning.
