Why, with global warming, has there been rain here in UK with temperatures under 20C throughout Summer?

Well one of the reasons for the rain is because as ocean levels rise they take up more area. And that bigger area is a bigger area for evaporation and more evaporation = more rain. Cheers!

@Patriot96 Of coarse not. My buddy held the tape measure on one side of the ocean and I measured it out to the other side of the ocean.
