cold baths make me feel so much better

How are my frens down south holding up? I just (tried to) go running, but I didn't get very far since it's like 30C out... and I'm living up north!

I take a cool (not cold) shower every day after work.

@Chickie it is...but for me, a dry heat oven is preferable over a wet hot sauna (like Houston TX).
