@Persephonee that is exactly the point of "green" energy. It's a public relations campaign; a silly way to make greenies feel good about themselves by thinking they're saving the world or something.
But in terms of power generation & necessity, it's a joke. It's inefficient and expensive to maintain. Not a good combination in state obsessed with excess and plagued with negligence.
