I believe yournstatisticsbare incorrect but it isn't worth arguing. The point is that our society seems to have grown more violent and it is the access to weaponsn of mass destruction which produces a near perfect storm that ends in tragedy.
@samueltyler2 how is it incorrect?! Plz tell me? I got the info reading different news organizations! Why don’t u find out for yourself?! Lol! Yes! Ur correct when u say we are violent! Guess what?! We have ALWAYS BEEN VIOLENT! Lol! It’s just easier to know about it because of our smartphone, media, etc.! My whole point is that we lack maturity as well as being educated in the use and care of firearms! It’s simply a tool!

I am not sure where to find data that we would all agree upon, however here is some data, albeit a bit old, that does have the US at #7 adjusted per population and number one unadjusted. Unfortunately, they did not adjust for numbers of weapons owned by citizens. Switzerland on this display ranks just above the US for adjusted rates of rampage shooting fatalities corrected for population.
