Do you remember the first time you heard bout 9/11? Like the first moment so coffee shop or the radio or whatever

I was dead asleep that morning, when my GF came bursting into the bedroom with “We’re being attacked!”

In my mind, the US is always being attacked somewhere in the world, so no biggie. “That’s nice.” I said, rolling over and going back to sleep.

A while later, she came back into the bedroom “The trade tower had fallen!”

In my sleepy state, I said “Good for it.”
Then…”Wait, the trade tower as in New York??”

Moments later I was out in the living room watching the second tower fall on live tv, not really believing what I was seeing.
