What will the next war in Europe look like and when will it occur ?
The EU is basically a 'bloc' trying to prevent a new war in Europe by suppressing individual country's sovereign goals.

To be honest I don't think the next 'major' war will start in Europe...Even with the Russians and Ukraine.
