Russia, IMO.

@4meAndyou When Russia started this invasion they were considered to be competent warriors. They're huge compared to Ukraine, and they've lost their Navy against a country with no ships while fighting an embarrassing expensive stalemate on land. I don't have any idea what Russia is winning.

@IronHamster so you think Ukraine are giving Russia a beating ?
IronHamster · 56-60, M
@ididntknow In golf, there is this thing called a "handicap," which balances scores so that players of different skill levels can play together. Let's apply this to war. Russia should have had this over in three days. Russia is playing really bad, aren't they. IMHO Russia is actually so previously inconceivably weak that they don't have to worry about NATO, because Poland alone could swamp Moscow in about twelve hours. Yes. Russia has lost a lot.

@IronHamster That does depend on your strategy, doesn’t it, and of course, your end game, have you ever heard the term, WAR OF ATTRITION ?
IronHamster · 56-60, M
@ididntknow Did you just hear of that buzzword recently?! EVERY Russian war is a war of attrition. Did you ever see Enemy At The Gates? It's a fairly realistic view of the battle for Stalingrad, but, optimistic. Historically, there was more likely one rifle for every five men. The officer's pistol wasn't for fighting Germans. It was for troop discipline. And, the Russians threw meat into the grinder until they wore out the opposition.

@IronHamster yes I’ve seen that film, so Poland can swamp Moscow in twelve hours, so why don’t they just do it, if it’s that easy, the truth is, Russia haven’t only given Ukraine a beating, they’ve also given NATO a beating, what happened to the sanctions turning the Rubble to rubble, I do believe Russia has 7.4 % growth at the moment, I think Europe had better prepare for a lot of Ukraine refugees turning up quite soon, when all the Ukraine infrastructure has been destroyed

@ididntknow Tucker Carlson did an expose in Russia. He pointed out how great things were by buying a weeks worth of groceries and pointing out that it only cost $100. What he didn't point out is that the average income is only $8000 a year, which eliminates his argument that groceries are cheaper.

It's laughable to say Russia has given NATO a beating. With what? T-64 tanks? Yes, their artillery is still functional, but they are no match on the modern battle field. The T-90 tanks, not based on the T-72, have the same profile as the T-72 as well as a turret that doubles as an airplane for a few seconds after it gets hit.

Where are the airplanes? The MIGs? The SU-x's? The best air superiority Russia can muster is Iranian made drones. They haven't even faced the soon to be delivered F-16s, which are a generation behind the soon to be retired F-22.

Where are the ships? The Russian Navy has been defeated by a country with no Navy at all.

Why is Putin drafting farm and factory workers, other than to commit genocide against his Russian people? They're fighting a country one fifth the size of Russia.

@IronHamster ok, you keep believing the propaganda, let’s give it 3 to 4 months, and we can both see how it all works out can’t we,
IronHamster · 56-60, M
@ididntknow A Russian win would have been three days. It doesn't matter what they do, now. Putin has irrevocably embarrassed the paper bear.
