I remember this PS1 skateboarding game where you would skate in an area until a cop would start chasing you

Skateboarding games, those are something you never see anymore. I was never into them, but my sister had a friend who was when we were teens and when we were at his house one time, he was playing that game. I don't remember the name of it, but I distinctly remember the chasing part. The player would skate in an area and earn points by performing trick while music would be playing in typical skateboarding game fashion, then after a certain amount of time, the music would go silent, a police siren would start blaring and then the camera would shift to a second-person perspective of a cop holding a taser as he begins pursuing you. You had to escape the area before he tased you and he'd be yelling and taunting you the whole time he's chasing you. I think I remember in later levels of the game, a gangster holding a slapjack would chase you instead and even a dog would give chase in another level. Skateboarding games always seemed boring to me, but that game added a fun twist. I remember my sister and I getting all into it whenever the cop or whoever would be catching up to her friend while he'd play. It got pretty intense. 😂
