If you want to both level up quickly with Alteration go to Solitude and before the main gate look up you'll see a mountain in between two trees. use Magelight and aim at the mountain peak. the game will level you up to 100 Alteration in five minutes....

If you have enchanted clothes till alteration magic is free. Use telekinesis on an item. Go to map during and fast travel. Youll go to alteration 100 instantly depending on the distance you fast travelled.

great for a fun telekinetic build btw. get enchanting to 100 to reduce cost to 0 and play by throwing things at enemies. surprisingly fun.
