A help hint
If you want to both level up quickly with Alteration go to Solitude and before the main gate look up you'll see a mountain in between two trees. use Magelight and aim at the mountain peak. the game will level you up to 100 Alteration in five minutes.
and it will level up your character too and you can stock up perk points two ( As this is my lost count on number of new playthrough) I wanted to start off a little Over powered and I went from level one to 79 in a couple of hours from this method.
so its a little way to level up if you don't use mods and its not cheating exactly, just taking advantage of a game exploit.
