Esports “ATHLETES”? 🤨

Okay, calling competitive gaming “esports” is one thing short of them playing sports games (I know plenty would disagree, just my opinion), but referring to those who participate in esports as athletes is just absurd. It makes more sense to call professional bowlers athletes because at least they’re standing up and performing some activity while bowling. While gaming, you just sit on your ass playing a video game. What’s athletic about that?! I say this as a gamer myself. Esports athletes… nonsense!
