It was about f*cking time! Sins 1 runs like cr#p due to being 32-bit, especially as soon as you build a decent fleet; but still, a great game overall, and pleasantly surprised that they've been updating/patching it for so many years as well.

@MalteseFalconPunch Yeah, it is; I still play it every now and then over the internet with my cousin. I got it for like €10 on Steam, now it's back to 40 or so 😅

@Elessar @MalteseFalconPunch If you have the game on Steam, some mods are really good.
You can download a Star Trek full game mod. It still uses the same engine but take charge of the Federation and Klingons. It's worth playing and the planets don't take ages to populate, like on all of the originals.
The Borg are massively overpowered but I can't decide whether that is a good thing or not.
