Oh crap Sins of a Solar Empire 2 was announced?

I haven’t been excited for a game in a long long time but I loved the first one so so much I’d maybe put it in my top 10 favorites.

It was about f*cking time! Sins 1 runs like cr#p due to being 32-bit, especially as soon as you build a decent fleet; but still, a great game overall, and pleasantly surprised that they've been updating/patching it for so many years as well.

@Elessar @MalteseFalconPunch If you have the game on Steam, some mods are really good.

You can download a Star Trek full game mod. It still uses the same engine but take charge of the Federation and Klingons. It's worth playing and the planets don't take ages to populate, like on all of the originals.

The Borg are massively overpowered but I can't decide whether that is a good thing or not.
