Fellow Mortal Kombat fans, would this make sense?

When the first game came out there wasn't much of a story and only a few characters. Each game would add something new or retcon something from a previous game. I love MK lore but I know it wasn't always cohesive. Fast forward to now and there are multiple timelines with many characters. In the original timeline is it possible characters like Baraka could have been at the first tournament, he wasn't established yet as a character but from in universe perspective could he have been at that tournament?

I am a gamer. I like fighting games, but I am terrible at them because I have failed to master the art of using a fight stick, and I fail to execute the controls even with a controller. I wish I could play fighting games like pro players. Well, being a pro has never been my aim with any game. I play video games for entertainment, but fighting games require a little more from a gamer. I haven't given up. I practise every day. I just hope I learn the art one day. Mortal Kombat is indeed a good fighting game. Especially the combos and fatality part of it. 😇

This can be like a Game Theory. What other evidence could be there for Baraka though? If we look at the very first MK Pit arena was there (below Bridge) 🤔 any signs of Baraka leaving behind trails or clues to suggest he was there? Maybe someone in the area full of audience? (Tsang Sung's arena) He's sat somewhere in there watching, observing? But they're all dressed the same. Need t look out for someone who looks like Baraka.

In the PS2 adventure game Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks, it depicts Baraka being present at the location the first tournament takes place, in the opening cutscene. Though, he doesn't actually partake in the tournament, but if going by that version of the story, you could easily say that we was there for the events of the first game.

@Ducky Despite reviews I liked Shaolin Monks. Matter of fact fatality was like nothing special to perform or fancy but game overall was ok. Only one thing, being Liu Kang and second person is, say, Sub Zero, in the first level after defeating enemies Liu Kang will look at his partner, doesn't matter WHO that partner is Liu just says "Kung Lao" even though it Sub Zero? This thing did get t me a bit. But it is one thing.

Action is defeating lots of enemies with fatalities or kicks, punches and use of environment.
The latest one was pretty cool.
It’s hard to keep up with all the tangents
