I made it to atom cats garage, did their two part quest.
Now I have a cool jacket, and honorary Atom cat title OH YEAH

I love that game! I never spent a whole lot of time at the Atom Cats Garage, though. Other than doing their quest. It is a good place for buying power armor accessories, anyway.
