Title or question

Since it's my birthday tomorrow, I decided to splurge a little and bought Fallout 3 GOTY. And then I splurged more and bought the Spyro Reignited trilogy on Steam. It cost me $23.99 and $19.98 respectively, which is a bit more than half of the full cost of the latter game. I'm so excited for Spyro, but I have to wait until after I've played Fallout 3. Gives me a reason to dig out my USB controller again!

Not fallout 4? I like being able to build and defend settlementsin that one.

@pride49 Honestly that just doesn't seem all that appealing to me. Plus I've only ever played New Vegas, which is based on 3, so I was curious to experience that one. But it turns out that it never gets past the initial screen to press play - pressing play causes the game to crash.

@KiwiDan there's other cool stuffs in fallout 4 but I like building artillery strikes and calling down artillery. Building companion robots infinitely and having them defend or help me with fully customized weapons

@KiwiDan I'm not a fan of splitting the main quest into three separate storylines having to do three playthroughs to see everything

@pride49 I don't mind it. It's well done enough that it's fun to replay.

@KiwiDan so why didn't fallout work?
KiwiDan · 31-35, M
@pride49 no idea. It just seemed to crash as soon as it started, so I got a refund.
