purposely, aim is to grab land (cheaply) and displace residents to new areas
new laws mean that states/governments have power to move people when the environment is contaminated in some way ... best to look it up, all to do with "sustainable development", "smart cities", removing ancient rights, shepparding the herd etc

Look back to the 1980's when Amtrak was having wrecks on what seemed like a monthly basis. All those wrecks back then didn't mean nothing.

The Deep state is planning to replace these areas for more Corrupt Corporations and their Version of Infrastructures to Build there. Another reason is to weaken the Economy on purpose.
