Do you think the train wrecks in the US are accidents or sabotage?

They are the expected result of ignoring infrastructure for too long, coupled with Trump's rollback of safety precautions.

The Bureau of Transportation Statistics is a branch of the United States Department of Transportation that analyzes and compiles information about the nation’s transportation systems.
From 1990, the first year the BTS began tracking derailments and injuries on a yearly basis, to 2021, there have been 54,539 accidents in which a train derailed. That’s an average of 1,704 derailments per year.

Those numbers might seem pretty staggering, but derailments vary in severity and only a portion result in injuries. During that same time frame, 5,547 people were injured when a train derailed, or about 174 per year. Even then, much of that data is skewed due to a 2002 derailment in North Dakota in which a hazardous materials spill injured more than 1,400 people, BTS said.
Probably insufficient maintenance of the tracks.
Pure sabotage planned by so called ‘elites’ to create food shortages and chaos..
create panic and centralise the world

Accidents as they are subsidized and protected by paid off politicians. That is one reason why the pipelines have been stopped as people like Warren Buffet who owns Burlington Northern bought politicians to stop the pipelines that are a much safer means of transporting oil, gas and other liquids except ethanol which there is not a safe way to haul it for any distance in steel containers or pipes.

The rail is just in real need of being upgraded I’d say look at the age of it 😊
The administration after Trump should have changed it back.
I would like to believe that they are accidental!

Neither, they are preventable incidents to. If the railroads spent the money of technology, prevention, there would likely be fewer.

I am beginning to believe more sabotage than accident.
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
The ones we’ve had lately sabotage.

I hope the food plant fires conspiracy theorists don't start trying to create a new conspiracy theory about trains

@Funlov 🤦‍♀️ it figures

maybe they'll revive the Bermuda Triangle conspiracy theory too, even though Lloyds of London says they don't record any higher rate of shipping loss there than anywhere else in the world's oceans (and since they insure such things, you'd think they'd be aware)

@SW-User Conspiracies are all they have. Food factory fires, train derailments, balloons, UFOs, lost elections etc. It's almost a sport watching them connect nonexistant lines.
Bluebirdsonmyshoulder · 46-50, F
@SW-User what about the fires is a conspiracy to you? do you think they are all just happenstance? Do you know how many there have been?
DDonde · 31-35, M
I tend to lean towards them being accidents unless there's evidence that it was sabotage.
