Near miss car accident

Wow, no idea where that vehicle came from.
This morning whilst pulling out of my driveway, after looking both ways, I very narrowly missed driving into the side of a large SUV.
Was not there when I looked left but I stopped less than a foot from the vehicle which just went on it's merry way at a speed well above a suburban road speed limit.
Would have been a great way to start the morning, exchanging insurance details, having to have my vehicle repaired...

Why would you tell someone to be careful when he specifically said in his post that he looked both ways and then suddenly, this car came along out of nowhere that was traveling "well beyond" the posted speed limit and almost ran into Gusman?

I guess I don't understand why you felt the need to tell Gusman that he "needs to be more careful"? Like, what's up with that?

It's not Gusman that needs to be more careful, it's the guy who almost hit Gusman who needs to be more careful, right?

Why would you as an adult respond to another male adult in such an infantile way, as to tell Gusman to be more careful next time, no different than how a mother would speak to her 5 year old child in telling them to be more careful next time AFTER they'd screwed up?

What you're failing to comprehend is that Gusman never got hurt nor did he screw up, nor was he in the wrong. Why the fukk would you tell a grown man to be more careful next time after nothing actually happened to him?
