Most manufacturers discourage so-called 'fast charging' to more than 80 percent, which highlights a key design fault in the concept of Lithium-based energy storage for transport vehicles of any sort.
Imagine an electric replacement for a Boeing 747 cargo freighter or 777, or a 737 regular aircraft, and being told you cannot recharge to more than 80 before the next leg of a long-haul flight... Or an EV box ship with the same restriction. 8-)
