Craziness on the road

This morning's drive to work at 4am saw me come across a vehicle swerving all over the road, going well below the speed limit.
One has to be very careful in these situations. How to get past without being hit?
The car moved to the extreme left and I took the chance to rapidly move past it in the right hand lane.
So many people drining whilst under the influence of mind altering substances.

I was stopped by police at 9am one morning on my way shopping and they said they were conducting spot checks looking for impaired drivers. The cop told me that statistically speaking, 90% of all alcohol-related driving charges are laid between 7am and 11am during the weekdays, not at 1am after the bars close on weekends!
