Driving and the Holidays

Everyone is running late and in a hurry.

Because they have a car full of arguing family members, and there is something that someone regards as essential that isn't available at the nearest supermarket.

Under stress people make poor decisions.

In my part of the world, it's not just this time of year.

Some people start binge drinking around Thanksgiving and continue on for weeks.

Because all idiots are stressing and Christmas shopping this time of the year.

Only "this time" of year? They seem about at any time!
