So this aide I'm relieving. I got here 1 hour 30 minutes ago

And she still here. Like is she drunk? She's slurring and acting tipsy a little bit. She was asking me to make up her mind whether to rest a little bit or go home. Well. I don't want her possibly drunk ass wrecking into somebody, and I don't want her here either -_- cause she causes anxiety with everyone around her the way she flails around like a lunatic

I suppose what the job is.

@rhouse nah she has dementia and her waking dream needs to come to a close so she can go to sleep. She needs routine. Not added crazyniness

@pride49 I hope she has someone to take care of her. You could be that person. As someone directly affected by family members with dementia I hope you will be.

@rhouse I'm here three days a week to take care of my grandmother. But the other aides flighty craziness annoys me. Like, excite granny during the day, not when she's exhausted but her brain tells her it's daytime, you know? Try to calm her down, not rile her up.

@pride49 That is such a terrible disease and so hard to deal with. I know personally.
