Syrup burn smell near my steering wheel

Very strange to smell that, it started 2 day ago. Then was fine the next day. Now again a strong syrup smell near my steering as I drive. Any ideas??? This time it lasted ten minutes.

Could be wires, possibly a fluid issue. Check radiator, brake fluid, check the overflow tank for the radiator, look under the car for any leaks, if you park it in the same spot at home for example, do you see any dried up or fresh small puddles from under the car?

If it keeps going like that I personally would have it looked at
