Which would you choose?

I only have another week with a rental car to find a new , used car. I won't have transportation after that. Unfortunately all cars that are in my budget have about 110 k miles on it or more. The two I'm down to are a Chevy Malibu , but it had minor front and side damage. I'll ask what the repair was. And the other that is under 100k miles is a Chevy Cruze, but it was a rental. Both in very good condition.
I normally wouldn't choose a car with any prior damage, or a rental, but I'm in a time crunch. Which do you think would be the better choice?
A. Damage (past, minor) or B. Rental?

The rental. I've purchased a previous rental before, and it was a good car. I think the rental would be more reliable, since car rental agencies maintain their cars better.

@calicuz Ty Cali. I really wouldn't have chosen it as my first choice but it's in very good condition and I'll have a mechanic look at it too. Did you happen to have a mechanic look yours over? I'm glad some are saying a rental can be a good car.

No, I'm old school, but I did buy it from a large local dealer with a high reputation for selling quality cars here in Kansas City. They have like 4 dealerships all over KC
