Which would you choose?

I only have another week with a rental car to find a new , used car. I won't have transportation after that. Unfortunately all cars that are in my budget have about 110 k miles on it or more. The two I'm down to are a Chevy Malibu , but it had minor front and side damage. I'll ask what the repair was. And the other that is under 100k miles is a Chevy Cruze, but it was a rental. Both in very good condition.
I normally wouldn't choose a car with any prior damage, or a rental, but I'm in a time crunch. Which do you think would be the better choice?
A. Damage (past, minor) or B. Rental?

What I really think? Both are poor long-term choices. Stay with the rental a little longer and find something else. Seriously. You have zero idea how the rental was treated and it was likely poor, and you also have no idea what really was damaged on the other car. Either of them are potential money pits, no matter how good the deal is.

@Coralmist every one has an opinion and every one had bad cars-go to the rental company and ask them for maitence records then u know

@Coralmist If you have a dialogue with a good mechanic, that's worth its weight in gold.
