Oklahoma Has Had A Rash Of Loose Tires Flying Off Of Vehicles Or Off Of Beds of Pickups And Hitting Vehicles & Drivers Lately.

Four incidents in the past 12 days, 2 just today all in central Oklahoma, OKC area. Highway Patrol officers warning people to check to make sure their lug nuts are tight and tires tied down in the back of pickup trucks. One tire hit a windshield, injured the driver but he’s going to be OK. Looked like something that would kill a person. And a driver was hit by a tire today but they say he wasn’t injured. Weird rash of events here.

Dallas has a problem with cars flying off overpasses.

Last week a car flew off an overpass and killed 4 people.
Today, a car flew off an overpass and killed 1.

I am surprised that it doesn't happen more often.

That really is strange! In Massachusetts, every once in a while some dumb kid will stand up on the bridges overlooking highways, and throw Ice balls at vehicles, and that can also break windshields....and can kill a person.

@4meAndyou Yeah they do ignorant things like that here sometimes. Throw a chunk of concrete or a rock down on cars breaking their windshields and injuring them. Dr. Phil’s sister lives in Oklahoma and she got disfigured when driving under an overpass on a highway and someone threw a jar of acid on the windshield and melted her facial skin etc. So tragic and evil too.
