Oklahoma Has Had A Rash Of Loose Tires Flying Off Of Vehicles Or Off Of Beds of Pickups And Hitting Vehicles & Drivers Lately.

Four incidents in the past 12 days, 2 just today all in central Oklahoma, OKC area. Highway Patrol officers warning people to check to make sure their lug nuts are tight and tires tied down in the back of pickup trucks. One tire hit a windshield, injured the driver but he’s going to be OK. Looked like something that would kill a person. And a driver was hit by a tire today but they say he wasn’t injured. Weird rash of events here.

Dallas has a problem with cars flying off overpasses.

Last week a car flew off an overpass and killed 4 people.
Today, a car flew off an overpass and killed 1.

I am surprised that it doesn't happen more often.

@DallasCowboysFan I am too the way people drive these days and also with ice on overpasses. It’s easy to lose control of a vehicle that way and then there are pileups.

@DallasCowboysFan They found a missing person, a young man, in the lake east of here a few days ago. He had an accident and skidded off the road and drove into the lake. 😵 It wasn’t the first time someone drove into the lake and died.
