I had a chevy with a small block built to hammer big blocks, stripped interior, smooth doors, and it was my daily driver. 11 second quarter mile on street tires and pump gas.
I got clocked by the cops leaving a green light and "launching past 70 before you made it to the other crosswalk!"... "My radar gun just lost track of you after that!!", according to the officer.
💪🤣🤣🤣 I miss that car sometimes.
I didn't even get a ticket! His partner thought the whole thing was kind of comical, and actually thanked me for my choice of place and time. 3am, no traffic, no buildings to run into...🙂↕
I told him I was just testing the rear end after replacing it, and testing out the carb tune that took 2 weeks to perfect.
The second cop was definitely into cars.😆
