My tread is wearing so thin but those damn tires are expensive.

I know exactly what you are feeling. I had a battery die about two months ago and had to buy a new one, which wiped out all my savings, and THEN, just as I barely had enough saving built up, I got a flat tire and had to buy a new one and have it mounted.

My chief emotion was immense relief. I had JUST enough money to pay for it!!!

Good for you...patience is a virtue and it sure doesn't help to get mad

Two crows bars and dish soap is all you need to change the tire off the rim by yourself

You mean your tires were so worn that one popped, and you replaced only that one?
