Methdozer is correct, when you are plugged into 120 power after running off 12 volt for a while it will charge your batteries as well as supply 12v power. As well, even if your batteries are full and you are plugged in to 120v using lights (12v) furnace fan (12v) water pump (12v) your inverter will supply the 12v and fan will kick on to cool under heavy load. If your rig doesn’t have its lighting changed to led bulbs yet, do so. Takes a major draw off the system in general. I converted all my ceiling lights to led bulbs and when plugged in (or running genny) cooling fan rarely turns on now. Installing a solar panel on the roof helps as well (I went with a 150watt)

@Cuda6868 oh thanks for that info! Yeah Caleb's going to instal solar on it. Should be a big help
I reckon it's your thingydoodah that needs some oil of some description. You might also tighten your taint and replace the spittle bag 🤔
I know nothing about vehicle maintenance, does it show? 👀

It might be worth it to get it checked out just to make sure everything is okay.

@MarbleMarvel yeah .... Trying to find some of my own answers first. I may give the dealer a call though. He said to call him if their were any issues and he would see what he could do but I'd rather not have to go back there and he definitely isn't a very promising character
@Notsimilarreally even if they could just give you an answer that eased your mind. It might be totally normal. But electrical stuff I don't take chances.

You should have that serviced soon.

It's your inverter/charger. 90% certain it's your ac/dc inverter.
Couple of things. Check your coach battery is healthy and hooked up, check for loose wires on the inverter and the battery.

It could be a cooling fan for the AC/DC converter.
Notsimilarreally · 31-35, F
@SageWanderer yeah that's what it sounds like, a cooling fan

Thermostat?
Notsimilarreally · 31-35, F
@uncalled4 not using it. Only heat which is propane.
