How much does fuel cost where you live?

@Elessar yep, it's very expensive to drive. I believe about 75% of the gas prize is taxes.

@NerdyPotato You have higher median salaries at least, roughly 2x than here, but the price of fuel here isn't half (€1.73/l today) so I guess in the end it's relatively more expensive here

Still, Italians (on average) can't get their àsses unglued from the seat, so we kinda deserve it 🫠

@ElwoodBlues Damn that ends up being quite a bit more expensive than gas where I am. I get around 45mph with my Prius at $3/gallon.

@Turtlepower Yes, one dollar gets me 12 miles, and a dollar gets you 15. However, my car is older and larger; the plug-in Prius prime drivers are reporting 4.5 m/kWh = 18 miles/dollar.

@ElwoodBlues damn that's not bad. I was considering the prime but I live in a condo with no charging stations or plug ins available and work doesn't have them yet
