Hypothetically, could you use an electric eel to start a car with a dead battery?

Might need a marine biologist and auto mechanic for this one ...lol

its a great idea but unfortunately they can only deliver a short shock of energy and apparently that doesn't work when you want to charge something
i was wondering something similar a while ago, i wondered if you could store the electricity from lightning but everyone said no
