ive been trying to get ahold of my birth certificate for a job, and the clerk's office sent me an email saying they didnt have my birth on file..
Apparently I was nv born. How am I here!?

maybe you were never registered but you would need your birth certificate for various things as you are 26-30 ie school,passport....very strange
