I hope it gets better for you, but don't be afraid to look for professional help, when you're having trouble telling reality and dream apart. It's hard for anyone to really get a grasp of that online, too.

when your thoughts move to fast it's really hard to stop it long enough to even know what you are thinking about.

@TryingToSurvive: I'm sorry you're struggling. When this happens to me, sometimes it helps me to say "But is that really true?" Maybe it would help you too?...

@Sparklingwindd: basically, my dreams I don't know if they are real or not when I wake up, I don't remember what happens when I'm close to sleep or if I wake up.... And now I hear a kid crying mommy outside... But there is nothing there.
