when your thoughts move to fast it's really hard to stop it long enough to even know what you are thinking about.

@TryingToSurvive: I'm sorry you're struggling. When this happens to me, sometimes it helps me to say "But is that [i]really[/i] true?" Maybe it would help you too?...

thoughts can fester so easily and turn into panic. Logic and mindfulness can help..
