Do you ever feel "off"?

The best way to explain it is everything in your life is the same but has a different feel to it.

Sorry if this doesn't make sense to you. 🥴

Yes, I have. It's not unrelated to mood swings or depression, even if it's not exactly the same as those. But like those, once it's over, you wonder how it is you felt that way when everything seems so normal now. There's often not a clear cause.

Though I've noticed recently that sometimes being online too much causes it, and I've been trying to lessen my time with the laptop.
I know exactly what you mean.
@MsSwan That's the thing about that "off" feeling. You don't know how it started and you don't know how/when it'll end. We're here for you.
@onrealityofdreams Thank you. 🥰
@MsSwan You're welcome. ☺

True. But I tell life who cares. I've been there so many times. It got bored of me
IM5688 · 61-69, M
Oh yes, and I can't help but sometimes feel it's a sign of impending doom. Almost like a premonition that something is going to happen.
@IM5688 Yeah, it's not a pleasant feeling. It makes me anxious.
CrazyMusicLover · 31-35
I can feel off in various ways. 😅 But the weirdest is the feeling as if there was some cloud around me. Weird emptiness in the chest.
@CrazyMusicLover Our brains are so strange.

Yeah, that's been known to happen... especially when I'm burnt out in some area of life.
Prettybratbi1tch · 26-30, F
I've definitely felt like that before
@Prettybratbi1tch It's a weird feeling.

Hello ms swan
@Ferric67 I'm feeling strange. It's happened to me before, and it will pass. Just wondering if anyone else has ever felt this.

I'm watching TV and trying to get my mind off it.

Thanks for asking, friend.

@MsSwan my rules for people

Either or will throw your body off
@Ferric67 Thank you, I will.
itsok · 31-35, F
Often. Do you?
@itsok Not often, but I've felt it here and there throughout my life. I'm experiencing it now.
itsok · 31-35, F
@MsSwan it’s unsettling, and worse that I can’t come up with a reason for it. I just have to wait for it to pass
@itsok I wonder if it's due to some kind of drop in brain chemicals or something.
