Is Europe experiencing the most dramatic changes in the history of the security architecture of the western world since the end of the Cold War?

How do you put up with a friend who though very reliable is always judging you about everything you do as if they are over worrying about your reputation?
A guy I've had three dates with hasn't messaged me since our last date 4 days ago. After our 3rd date, he said he had a great time, and then he hasn't said anything since. Should I wait or move on?
