What did the Donald mean when he said if he is elected then you won't have to vote again?

I'm hoping he meant the country would be in such a good state that no matter who you vote for next time things will end up alright. I don't believe he is capable of that, but if I were to give the benefit of the doubt.

I fear he means that he'll have cronies assigned up and down election commissions and judges appointed based on loyalty tests to himself that he'll be able to pick the winner while completely ignoring what the votes turn out to be. I don't believe he's competent enough to pull this off. But I find it much more believable that he'd attempt it.
