Can calling out someone's lies make them feel guilty, even if they don't show it outwardly?

Anything is possible.

Yet you must assess the likelihood of it happening yourself. Don't make broad assumptions however.

[@keepyoureyespeeled ] by what you say you feel aggrieve by the lie you have been told so it sounds like you want too call them out . unfortunelty some people will not show guilt they have been caught out in a lie because of there arrogance

Sure it can.
But we should be careful calling someone out unless we know for 100% fact they are lies.
