Remove the supreme court altogether: each and every time there's something that lower courts can't figure out on their own, the matter is to be resolved via a popular referendum. 😜

We don't need more, we just need better quality, adding more won't help with the quality (and it will cost more), just look at the House, worse quality than the Senate.
