Whats better for brushing teeth an electric toothbrush or manual one?

BigBulge · 41-45, M
Some years ago, I had a very intense and painful gum graft done because I had receding gums. I blamed that on using an electric toothbrush. Since I returned to using a manual toothbrush, I have had no problem.

Electric is better but it’s more powerful so it can damage the enamel.

@Muthafukajones can i still use the manual?

@Thexboxoneguy1991 nope. Once you switch to electric your in it for life. The dentristry board sends people disguised as vacuum cleaner sales men to check. Do you know the right hand signs to let people know you switched to electric?
