No I wouldn't say loneliness. I have plenty of people in my life however I come on here to share a side most don't know about me. I value the acceptance and openness one can share on here.

I think there is some element of loneliness. Waxes and wanes. But I don’t like traditional social interaction all that much, so for me, this is a nice way to broaden my world, so to speak. I like that there are people here from all over - I’ve learned a lot about life in other places, had my eyes opened to a lot of things (some of which I could have done without, but balance there must be, I suppose! 😂), and met some really extraordinary people I couldn’t have known any other way. It has also been a nice outlet for me to explore my own self, which turned out to suit me well, share my joys, and I can foist my eye-roll of a sense of humor on this place as often as I like and somebody is gonna laugh with me. 😌😄👍

Been asking myself that lately. A friendship or two here has waned as people are not coming onto SW any longer, reducing beneft of my time here.

I work from home and am in a dysfunctional marriage, so an element of loneliness is undeniably a component of why I'm still here. SW is an anonymous outlet for some things I can't express to anyone in my in-person life. Comic relief is part of it for sure as well.

No, not loneliness. I’ve made some good friends, and I enjoy our conversations. SW, and EP before it, is a place I can share things about myself that I don’t really have another outlet to share them.

I’m here because I needed an outlet to write about my feelings, planned on pretty much keeping to myself but there are some great and very sad posts on here and I’m drawn to them.

I came here because I was lonely and wanted to chat with people from all over. I ended up staying because I met a really good friend who I enjoy chatting with almost daily.

5 since the beginning of August.
Most recent I was informed on Veterans Day by an unexpected visit from his wife.
3 on queue ,one of them begin my brother.

And that is just in my immeadiate vicinity.
The ones that I see face to face and we live in each others lives.
The ones that are the reason that I am still here. The ones that I have taken care of as best I can for the past 4 years .

I don't want to look at the world beyond them.
I don't belong there anymore.

I do not feel alone. I have hobbies and enjoy my space. I came here to seek laughter and sharing but I have been here one week to be accused of having strange fetish and being another member. I have yet to find any value here and I don’t think I will be staying long. I assumed anonymity would bring more laughter and openness but I was WRONG. Some people have been nice. I am thankful for that. But I have spent too much time defending myself for this to be enjoyable.

A mix of loneliness, inspiration, entertainment, news, venting and so on.

I am here almost whole time coz I am Not indulged in anything productive plus at times some amusing n reflective read comes up on countable lucky days.

Im on often bc im bored, its amusing and thought provoking compared to twitter. I tried that this morning, i didn't find it as entertaining as SW.

I suppose that’s one reason. It hasn’t helped though. I still feel lonelier than ever, but it does keep me entertained when I’m bored or have nothing to do.
