Do you really comprehend how big Australia is?

@newjaninev2 I remember watching a programme somewhere where a small boy who lived in Melbourne wanted to run away to his mum in Darwin. It was cute, cos he got out a map, traced the route to Darwin, and then said to his dog "I don't think we're gonna get there today" 😂

@newjaninev2 I had a relative that worked for the US State department. They got a letter from an Italian tourist that was visiting the US for the first time. She wanted to know if it would be better to see the Grand Canyon in the morning and tour DC in the afternoon or the other way around.
