How long do you let your car run

Before going somewhere in it. If it cold out I can see to help get the ice or snow off. But I see some people they just want it warm as soon as they get in So it runs for a half an hour out there.

I usually don't have to time to wait for it to warm up but I'll turn it on while I'm scraping off frost.

@DDonde yes it is ice or snow on it I will start it up and then go back inside. And do what I need before work
