When it is the middle of winter, and everything is cold and frozen, what makes your mind think ahead to Spring?

I like the cold. But spring/summer fishing sounds really fun right now. If I had the space and income I’d be looking forward to gardening and letting my chickens roam on pasture

Why would I do that? I love winter weather. It's only a problem when it lasts too long.

I enjoy life.
Winter is part of life.
I will enjoy Spring when it comes.

Not much. My mind is programed that February is more like the end of winter.

One day at a time. I don't mind the seasons tbh.
Winter is just a tad too long.

I start looking to spring in like, the beginning of October.
