That depends on the situation. If I am angry with a family member or with a very good friend, I just avoid them.
I learned that from my father. He used to walk away after my mother would attack him, screaming at him, and shouting, "What are you going to do? Go POUT in your room?" She could be a real horror at times.
If it's a business, and they make me angry, I write a letter to the person at the top.

It helps.

Self-flagellation
What will the outcome be?
Will it resolve anything?
Will their views or behaviour change?
Will it make you feel better or will it make you more angry?
Ask these things before reacting.

Murder is illegal (except for cops). I walk away and enjoy some weed. Otherwise I would have been on death row long ago.

honestly i don't care enough to get angry
isolation if i can, or letting myself feel it and pass through me rather than closing it down and making it stuck inside of me
Fukfacewillie · 51-55, M
Who is this so-called “someone?”
uncalled4 · 56-60, M
I ask myself if it's worth it. It's often not.
