It’s only ever getting worse

It’s an improvement over who I was 5 years ago but worse than who I was two years ago.

I was my past self.

I have improved. I think I have better grasp of my own flaws and how I can address them.

And I spend far less of my energy on people who will not benefit from it.

It's definitely an improvement, and I am honestly trying to forget about who I was before.

I was in an emotional hell brought on by a situation that completely controlled every aspect of my life for years and years. Now I am free from this and feel as if I'm finally able to breathe, stronger and without fear.

It's hard to say because I honestly don't remember.

I was optimistic and hopeful
Nothings changed

I was the same person, I just didn't know it yet.
I had obscured my true being with a lot of defense.
It was necessary for me to give up my life so I could survive the circumstances. But now, with those threats out of the way, I'm giving up my survival to regain my life.

I’ve had a major set back.

I was just innocent one but internet ruined me.

i was clinically depressed in a career i hated married to a woman i didn't love / yes

I was a very angry and violent person constantly getting into fights. I'm really blessed to have not spent time in prison. Who I am now is definitely an improvement
